    We use Woolcool®️ packaging and Gel Packs to ensure your products stay cool throughout transit. These materials are eco-conscious and designed for reuse ♻️.


    Hygiene Comes First

    For hygiene reasons, we are unable to reuse the Woolcool®️ packaging once dispatched 🙏🏻. However, we strongly encourage you to reuse the wool liners and gel packs wherever possible!


    Recycling & Reuse

    If you don’t need them, you can return the packaging to Woolcool®️ for free. They’ll recycle and reuse it for future deliveries! 🌍

Gel Packs: Refreeze them to keep your lunch boxes or grocery deliveries cool 🧊. If you no longer need them, safely dispose of the non-toxic gel in your garden or compost to help retain moisture. 🪴💧


Recycle the Plastic: The outer plastic of the gel packs is recyclable! Simply drop it off at a local soft-plastic collection point ♻️.
