Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom only.
We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international destinations.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been authorised. As our products are freshly prepared, orders may enter production shortly after ordering.
Once in production or dispatched, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are automatically calculated and shown at checkout. All delivery dates and times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure all delivery information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, lack of access, or no recipient where required, the order may be disposed of due to food safety requirements. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control.
Risk
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Damaged or Missing Items
Any issues must be reported within 4 hours of delivery with supporting photos where applicable.
