Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

We only offer refunds or replacements where products are damaged, faulty, unsafe to consume, or not as described.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders are not eligible for the standard 14-day cancellation period under UK consumer law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production or dispatch has started, cancellation is not possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers must inspect orders upon delivery.

Any issues must be reported within 4 hours of delivery, including:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photos of product and packaging

Claims after 4 hours may not be eligible for compensation.

Refunds and Replacements

Where approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds where:

  • Incorrect delivery details were provided
  • No recipient was available
  • Items were not stored properly after delivery
  • Delays occurred outside our control
  • Change of mind after production

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
